We have verya agile dogs in 'Sweden. Hund latrin translates to dog latrine in english. How the dogs manage to do their thing in this latrine is beyond my understanding.
Lots of water, this lawn was totally soaked... and that gives nice opportunities for reflection shots.

Took my camera and bicycle into the woods.
The purpose was twofold, first measure a certain distance with my bicycle computer so I later could run the same route and know my pace for every km. The second purpose was to take some pictures. My intention was to shoot something that would involve the bicycle. Well it did not work out as I wanted it to so I improvised. The surroundings looked a little bit scary so I thought about doing something that could be from some horror movie. This is the result, I call it ”Bogeyman”
First original size, it is a pretty dark picture so it can turn out really dark depending on your monitor settings.
Same picture but heavily cropped, can not decide which one I prefer most.

This weeks theme in Fotosöndag is Negative space. This theme was not an easy one , I really had to dig deep to come up with something. So I took a crowbar and this is the result.

Picking mushrooms…
The Right of public access make it possible to pick mushrooms where ever you want. In this case we were looking for Chanterelles, We found a few. And of course I brought the camera with me.
This is not a mushroom its a BIG Birch, it's so old it even got a beard!
As I was crawling around looking for Chanterelles I found this little family hiding behind a tree.
A cropped version of Papa mushroom and his kids... I think this works better than the former.
Finally! there it was... the mother of all Chanterelles. The form of the Chanterell got me thinking about Mandelbrot and his discovery of fractals.
Shooting night sky with Nikon d300s using Tokina 11-16mm
Did a simple test with different setting just to see what results I could get with a Nikon d300s and a Tokina 11-16mm lens. Shoot this pictures in RAW and edited them in Photoshop CS5. Noise reduction for high ISO is activated (in camera) and also noise reduction for long exposures. Pretty decent results I think. Think I will try to shoot more at night when I will have the opportunity.
Exposure time 23 s. A f/2.8, focal length 11mm, ISO 6400, manual mode. This picture got pretty overexposed, fixed that in photoshop. Also fixed some noise and sharpening in photoshop.
Exposure 18s, Aperture f/2.8,focal length 11mm, ISO 800. Did not change much regarding exposure in this picture, noise and sharpening in photoshop to a certain degree. The lighter parts of the picture is light from the city that I live close to.
Exposure 23s, Aperture f72.8, focal length 11 mm, ISO 6400. Fixed some sharpening and noise in Photoshop. A little tendency to getting "trails". You can see the bid dipper over the chimney.

Ämnet är skruvat och det har jag tolkat som vanligt på mitt eget sätt…
Skruvat tolkat som annorlunda, konstigt. Jag tror t.o.m katten tyckte jag var skruvad när jag tog denna bilden.
Skruvat tankesätt krävs för att orka fixa till en sådan här bild.
