Randviken, Karlstad.

Today we took the car to Randviken, a really nice place if you want to relax.

Blue sky and water...

Nice rocky beach.

Looks like a bonsai tree :)

Sebbe diving.

West view.

Chilli getting air time…

First lift off...

Then at the right altitude...

It is time to enjoy the view...

.

I see a stupid human with a camera...

I see a soft spot to land on...

This is not photoshop, he is actually above the camera, used a Tokina 11-16 to shoot this.

Onsön, island in Vänern.

Took a trip to Onsön today, lovely weather I must say.

All by ourselves...

Traces of the ice-age.

Did not really need the anchor but it sure made the picture a little bit more interresting.

Högbergsfältet, Persberg.

Read about this old mining district here (In Swedish)

One of the first mines I came across.

Ruins

More ruins.

Entrance to Tilas Stoll.

The 26 meter long tunnel in to Tilas Stoll (yes, it's me sitting there)

Pretty cool place, no other tourists where there wich made it a little bit more exciting.

Straight up HDR, 3 exposures handheld.

HDR again same place.

Here I am again, used myself as a size reference.

On sandön

Took a boat trip today, first destination, Sandön.

Beach

Ice age tracks.

What is the first thing you do on an deserted island? Check if the cellphone is working.

Boat passing by. Vindpark Vänern in the background.

Baby sea monsters!

Same creatures.

Our boat.

A boring island.

A quick tour in my garden…

during lunch time, experementing with my new lens Tokina 11-16mm

Put on a layer with pink in screen mode to enhance the pink in the flower.

Alsterdalen again!

This time I finally got the opportunity to take some shots of a beaver.

This train turns up everytime.

And it uses this bridge, beneath Alsterån.

The rail was glowing.

Parus caeruleus or Cyanistes caeruleus/Blue Tit/Blåmes with a catch.

Sternula albifrons/Tärna chasing fish.

No doubt about who did this.

There it is, the beaver, in dark water it looks like a stone.

Better light.

Swimming for dear life!

My favourite shot, here you can see the big teeth and the creepy feet.

Eating.

And finally he left for other adventures.
